The roller material is #45 with chromed,shaft material is #45 steel,common diameter is 75mm.
The encoder can count the produce lenghth. normal forming speed is 15m/min,the faster machine can reach 30m/min.
Control system is PLC, it has a touch screen and bottons ,you can set the machine on/off、produce length、speed、quantity and so on.
This is the hydraulic cutter,common hydraulic power is 3.5kw.
