Short Description:

Design features:
The back-plate shelves feature an all-in-one design in which the shelves and backplate are made in a single molding process, which not only speeds up molding but also improves accuracy. This design concept breaks through the limitations of traditional craftsmanship, making the shelf structure more stable and able to withstand large weights.
Processing:
Coil loading (manual) → uncoiling → leveling → feeding (servo) → angle punching / logo punching → cold roll forming → cutting forming → discharging
