Equipment production process
- Adjust the welding platform and welding part according to the size of the frame .
- Put the two connect part on machine gripping holder part
- Then put the frame on the machine.
- Frame gripping holder catch the frame.
- Auto welding part start work. First two side welding .
- Frame gripping holder rise up.
- After two side welding finish then machine auto flip 90 degrees
- Auto welding start again welding the other two side.
- After welding finish .the frame flip back.
- Then frame holder back . worker take out the finish product.
