Simple slitting line

1、 Introduction

This unit is specially for round steel coil, which is divided into several strips by disc blade, and then rolled into required strip by equipment. The mechanical equipment, shearing process, operating system and accessories are described below.

2、 Shear material description

1. Cold rolled sheet, galvanized sheet.

2. The thickness ：0.5mm-2.0mm, max width: 630mm

3. The number of blade:2-10 pcs, and the available length of shear shaft is 750mm

4. OD of decoiler : 2000m

5. ID of decoiler 508mm

6. capacity of decoiler: 10Ton

3、 Performance and parameters

1. Shear form; tension shear

2. The center height of the unit is 1100 mm

3. The total power consumption capacity of the unit is about 110 kW

4. The unit speed is above 120m / min

5. The direction of feeding is determined by the demander

4. Operation procedure:

Feeding trolley - uncoiling, vertical roller centering guide device - shearing - fixed separation and hydraulic expansion device - blanking curling - blanking trolley - finished product warehouse.
