This unit is specially for round steel coil, which is divided into several strips by disc blade, and then rolled into required strip by equipment. The mechanical equipment, shearing process, operating system and accessories are described below.

4. Operation procedure:
Feeding trolley – uncoiling, vertical roller centering guide device – shearing – fixed separation and hydraulic expansion device – blanking curling – blanking trolley – finished product warehouse.
